FORTH ROAD BRIDGE TAKES ITS TOLL

Chancellor Gordon Brown`s latest Stealth Tax - bridge tolls - has been highlighted throughout the Dunfermline Campaign by local activists Peter Adams and Danny Arnott.

Every day, during the morning and evening rush hour, Peter and Danny hang the UKIP "Stop The Tolls" banner from the Inverkeithing flyover catching commuters coming off the Forth Road Bridge, gaining many toots of support from passing motorists and hauliers.

The local Labour council obviously feel extremely sensitive about the issue as a phone call was made to UKIPScotland Campaign Headquarters in a clumsy attempt at intimidation by stating that the bridge was Council Property and political activity wasn`t allowed.

Needless to say Peter and Danny were back on the Bridge that same evening!
